Atlanta, Nov. 19 - Greek biotechnology company Acrongenomics Inc. has sold $1 million in a private placement, the company announced Friday.
The offering consists of 400,000 shares priced at $2.50 each.
Based in Athens, the company is focused on the research, development and production of human diagnostic tools for various diseases. The company plans to use the proceeds from the financing to fund ongoing research for its NeoEpCAM Detection Kit. The proceeds will also be used for new product research and general corporate purposes.
