Malaysia's WCT plans up to RM 470 million of medium-term notes

Madison, Wis., Nov. 29 - WCT Bhd. announced that the Malaysia Securities Commission approved its proposed issue of up to RM 470 million of medium-term notes guaranteed by Danajamin Nasional Bhd.

The notes will be issued under a medium-term notes program established by Segi Astana Sdn. Bhd.

AmInvestment Bank Bhd. is the principal adviser, lead arranger, lead manager and facility agent.

The notes will have a maturity of 14 years or less.

The program was rated AAA by the Malaysian Rating Corp. Bhd.

Proceeds will be used to finance the development costs of the company's integrated complex project at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2.

WCT is an engineering services company based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. It acquired Segi Astana in 2010.
