Moody's lowers WCI
Moody's Investors Service said it lowered all of the ratings of WCI Communities, Inc., including its corporate family rating to Caa3 from Caa2, probability of default rating to Caa3/LD (limited default) from Caa2 and the ratings on its existing issues of senior subordinated notes to Ca from Caa3.
Moody's said it also assigned a prospective Caa3 rating to the up to $400 million of proposed new senior secured second-lien notes.
In addition, Moody's said it assigned a speculative-grade liquidity rating of SGL-4 to WCI Communities.
The outlook is negative.
