Moody's Latin America Calificadora de Riesgo SA and Moody's Investors Service have rated the notes Aa3.ar on a local scale and B2 on an international scale, and Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA and Fitch Ratings have rated the notes AA(arg) on the local scale and B+ on the international scale.

The issuer is a Buenos Aires-based retail and commercial bank.
