Wave Systems plans to conduct public offering of stock with warrants

Manager Roth Capital Partners helps raise proceeds for working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., May 20 – Wave Systems Corp. said it will price a public sale of its class A common stock and warrants.

Roth Capital Partners is the manager.

Proceeds will be used for working capital.

Wave Systems is a Lee, Mass., maker of hardware and software-based digital security products for computers.
