Moody's: Watson view stable

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Baa3 ratings of Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., including the Baa3 senior unsecured rating.

The outlook was revised to stable from positive.

Moody's said these actions follow the announcement that Watson will acquire privately held Actavis Group hf for €4.25 billion plus potential equity earn out of about €250 million.
