Waterloo Community School District, Iowa, offers $52.93 million bonds

New York, March 21 - The Waterloo Community School District of Iowa is scheduled to sell $52.925 million of series 2011A school infrastructure sales, services and use tax revenue refunding bonds on March 28, said a notice of sale.

The bonds (A) will be sold competitively with Piper Jaffray & Co. as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2030.

Proceeds will be used to retire the district's series 2009 bond anticipation notes.
