Waterford Wedgwood to start roadshow for €165 million seven-year notes in Nov. 17 week

St. Louis, Nov. 14 - Waterford Wedgwood plc is set to begin a roadshow during the week of Nov. 17 for €165 million of mezzanine notes due 2010 (B3/B-), according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected the following week.

Barclays Capital will run the books on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offer.

The seven-year notes will be non-callable for three years.

Waterford will use proceeds to repay existing debt.

The company is an Ireland-based luxury table- and dinner-ware manufacturer.
