Waste Connections offers senior notes due 2028 via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 6 – Waste Connections, Inc. is planning to price senior notes due 2028, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call until three months prior to maturity and then are callable at par.

BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The natural gas transmission and production company is based in Houston.
