Waste Connections to draw on facility for convertibles redemption

New York, Feb. 8 - Waste Connections Inc. plans to use borrowings under its credit facility to fund the redemption or conversion of its $200 million of 3.75% senior convertible notes due 2026, according to a news release.

Waste Connections is a Folsom, Calif.-based integrated solid waste services company.
