New Issue: Washington Health prices $110.62 million of Central Washington bonds

New York, April 22 – The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority sold $110.62 million of series 2015 revenue bonds for the Central Washington Health Services Association, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Baa1//BBB+) were sold through senior managers BofA Merrill Lynch and Piper Jaffray & Co.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2030 with term bonds due in 2036 and 2039. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2036 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 96.801, and the 2039 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 107.323.

Proceeds will be used to advance refund the authority’s series 2009 revenue bonds.
