Moody's rates Children's Hospital, Wash., bonds Aaa/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aaa/VMIG1 to Washington Health Care Facilities Authority's $148.54 in revenue bonds for Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center.

Series 2008A for $72.48 million and series 2008B for $76.06 million were to be sold on May 30.

The rating is based on two letters of credit provided by Bank of America, NA, currently rated Aaa for its long-term debt obligations and P-1 for its short-term debt obligations.
