Clean Water Services and Washington County, Oregon, intend to sell $99.51 revenue bonds

Tupelo, Miss., April 8 - Clean Water Services and Washington County, Oregon, plan to price $99.51 million in senior-lien sewer revenue bonds (Aa3/AA/), according to a preliminary official statement.

The sale includes $5.95 million in series 2010A bonds due in 2013 and 2014 and $93.56 million in series 2010B Build America Bonds with serial maturities from 2015 through 2025 and term maturities in 2030 and 2035.

The bonds will price through a negotiated sale managed by senior manager Bank of America Merrill Lynch and co-manager Fidelity Capital Markets LLC.

The proceeds will be used to finance improvements to the sewer system and to fund a debt service reserve.
