New Issue: Brazil's Banco Itau sells upsized $125 million three-year bonds to yield 4½%

New York, Jan. 19 - Banco Itau SA priced an upsized $125 million three-year bonds (Ba2/BB-) at 99.653 with a 4 3/8% coupon to yield 4½%, according to market sources.

The deal, increased from $100 million, came in the middle of price guidance. Guidance had been set at 4¼% to 4 5/8%.

ABN Amro and Itau Bank ran the Regulation S offering.

Banco Itau is based in San Paulo, Brazil.
