Banco Itau plans to redeem $1.42 million of medium-term notes in full

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 21 - Banco Itau said it will redeem in full three series of its medium-term notes on Jan. 28.

The Sao Paulo-based bank will redeem its $500,000 medium-term notes (ISIN XS0475973821) at 102.25% of par, its $435,000 medium-term notes (ISIN XS0475591110) at 102.5% of par and its $485,000 medium-term notes (ISIN XS0470293415) at 101.8% of par.
