Washington state preps $67.47 million certificates sale for Tuesday

New York, Aug. 7 – The State of Washington is expected to price $67,465,000 of series 2014B certificates of participation on Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The COPs (Aa2) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The certificates are due 2015 to 2034.

Proceeds will be used to acquire, construct and remodel five properties for state and local agencies.
