Warren Resources to repay facility borrowings via senior note offering

Minneapolis, May 30 - Warren Resources, Inc. plans to use the proceeds of a senior note offering to repay borrowings under its credit facility, according to a press release.

The company will also use proceeds for capital expenditures and for other general corporate purposes.

Warren is a New York-based oil and gas exploration and development company.
