Warner Music plans to call €34.5 million of 4 1/8% notes

Chicago, Oct. 1 – Warner Music Group Corp. said it plans to issue a conditional notice of redemption for €34.5 million, or up to 10%, of its 4 1/8% senior secured notes due 2024.

The notes will be redeemed at 103% on Oct. 12, conditioned upon closing of an issue of euro-denominated senior secured notes under Rule 144A and Regulation S by wholly owned subsidiary WMG Acquisition Corp., according to a notice.

Warner Music is a New York-based music company.
