Warner Music unit WMG to redeem all outstanding 13¾% notes due 2019

Columbus, Ohio, June 1 – Warner Music Group Corp.’s subsidiary, WMG Holdings Corp., called all of its outstanding 13¾% senior notes due 2019 for redemption, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed July 1 at 106.875 plus accrued interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Warner is a New York-based music content company.
