Warnaco to extend or refinance revolver this year

New York, Feb. 27 - Warnaco Group Inc. plans on extending or refinancing its domestic revolving credit facility during 2008, according to a 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

The revolver is currently set to expire on Feb. 3, 2009.

Warnaco is a New York-based designer, manufacturer, marketer, licenser and distributor of intimate apparel, sportswear and swimwear.
