Want Want China plans to launch roadshow ahead of bond offering

Morgantown, W.Va., April 13 – Want Want China Holdings Ltd. said it will begin a series of roadshow presentations in connection with a proposed bond issuance.

The bonds will be issued through wholly owned subsidiary Want Want China Finance Ltd. and guaranteed by the parent company.

Credit Suisse and Nomura are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings and for general corporate purposes.

The Shanghai-based company manufactures rice cakes, flavored milk and other snacks and beverages.
