Walker & Dunlop adds vice president Keefe to debt brokerage team

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 4 – Walker & Dunlop, Inc. announced that it expanded its debt brokerage team to Boston with the addition of vice president Patrick Keefe.

Keefe will be responsible for sourcing and structuring permanent, bridge and construction loans for all commercial real estate property types throughout the United States, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Keefe acted as director at HFF, Inc. where he focused on originating commercial real estate loans as well as structuring equity.

Walker & Dunlop is a Bethesda, Md.-based provider of commercial real estate financial services.
