Walker & Dunlop extends warehouse facility to April 2022

Chicago, April 20 – Walker & Dunlop Inc. with Walker & Dunlop, LLC has extended its warehouse facility with PNC Bank, NA as lender through a second amendment to a Sept. 11, 2017 agreement.

The amendment was entered into on April 15.

The facility has been extended to April 14, 2022.

Walker & Dunlop is a Bethesda, Md.-based provider of commercial real estate financial services.
