Deal sells 5,459,545 flow-through common shares at C$0.33 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., July 30 – Waldron Energy Corp. said it raised C$1.8 million in a non-brokered private placement of stock. The deal priced for about C$1.5 million on July 11.
The company sold 5,459,545 flow-through common shares at C$0.33 apiece, a 13.79% premium to the closing share price of C$0.29 on July 10.
Proceeds will be used for exploration.
Waldron, based in Calgary, Alta., explores for, develops and produces petroleum and natural gas.
