Moody's: Banco Itau Argentina notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Aa1.ar national scale local-currency senior unsecured debt rating to Banco Itau Argentina´s expected second and third issuance under the bank's global medium-term note program.

At the same time, the agency said it assigned a Ba3 global local-currency debt rating to both expected issuances.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said that the local-currency senior unsecured debt rating derives from Itau Argentina's Ba3 global local currency deposit rating. The agency said seniority was also taken into consideration in the assignment of the debt ratings.
