North Carolina calls $86.99 million Wake Forest University Health bonds

Minneapolis, Oct. 11 - North Carolina Medical Care Commission announced a conditional redemption of $86,985,000 of its series 2008A and 2008B Wake Forest University Health Sciences variable-rate demand health care facilities revenue refunding bonds, according to two redemption notices.

The commission called $58.08 million of its 2008A bonds and $28,905,000 of its 2008B bonds, both of which are due July 1, 2034.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 15.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
