New Issue: Indonesia’s WOM offers Rp 256.5 billion sustainable bonds in two parts

Chicago, May 19 – PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk. priced Rp 256.5 billion of sustainable bonds (//AA-) in two parts, according to an offering memorandum.

The company priced Rp 226.5 billion of series A notes due June 9, 2021 with an 8˝% coupon.

WOM also priced a tranche of Rp 30 billion of notes due May 29, 2023 with an interest rate of 9.6%.

The notes were offered at par.

Underwriters for the notes are PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Maybank Kim Eng Securities and PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia.

Another Rp 43.5 billion of notes will be offered on a best-effort basis. There will be a public offering of notes on May 26.

Proceeds will be used to support the company’s growth.

The financing company has headquarters in North Jakarta, Indonesia.
