New Issue: Wachovia prices $11.21 million notes linked to S&P 500
New York, May 27 - Wachovia Corp. priced $11.21 million notes in the Lunars (leveraged upside indexed accelerated return securities) structure linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At maturity, holders will receive double any increase in the underlying index, capped at $1,150 per $1,000 principal amount, or participate fully in any decline.
Wachovia Corp. was underwriter.
