New Issue: Wachovia reopens two-year floaters to add $50 million

Omaha, May 27 - Wachovia Corp. reopened its issue of two-year senior global floating-rate notes on Tuesday to add $50 million, an informed source said.

The notes are priced at 100.025 with a coupon of three-month Libor plus 90 basis points.

Total issuance is now $1.25 billion, including $1.2 billion issued on May 14.

Wachovia Capital Markets was the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in Charlotte, N.C.
