Omaha, Aug. 14 - Wachovia Corp. priced a $250 million offering of two-year floating-rate notes (Aa3/AA-) at a spread of Fed Funds open plus 30 basis points.
The notes priced at par.
The bookrunner on the deal was Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC.
