Wabash National files $73.63 million shelf for stock, preferreds, debt

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 19 - Wabash National Corp. filed a $73.63 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, debt securities, preferred stock and warrants, along with 9,362,581 common shares to be offered by selling shareholders.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for debt repayment or general working capital.

The company is a Lafayette, Ind.-based manufacturer of semi trailers.
