Moody's affirms VWR Funding

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the ratings of VWR Funding, Inc. including the corporate family rating and probability of default rating of B3 and assigned a B1 rating to the proposed amended and extended term loans and revolver.

The agency said it also changed the outlook to positive from stable.

Moody's said the change in the outlook to positive reflects its belief that VWR will continue to reduce debt to EBITDA through organic means and through accretive acquisitions.
