Moody's rates Interacciones notes A2.mx

Moody's Investors Service said it expects to assign a Ba2 long-term global local-currency subordinated debt rating to Banco Interacciones, SA's Ps. 700 million of non-convertible tier-2 subordinated notes due in 2017. Moody's de Mexico said it expects to assign the notes an A2.mx Mexican national scale rating.

The Ba2 subordinated debt rating is one notch below the bank's global local-currency deposit rating of Ba1, Moody's said.
