Voyager Pharmaceutical cancels IPO

Washington, Dec. 13 - Voyager Pharmaceutical Corp. canceled its planned initial public offering of common stock Tuesday, citing market conditions, according to an RW filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The IPO was originally planned to raise $128.92 million.

WR Hambrecht + Co. was to be the underwriter.

Raleigh, N.C.-based Voyager is developing drugs associated with aging and development.
