Shamrock sells remaining 2.03 million shares of Voyager Learning

Charlotte, N.C., April 24 - Shamrock Activist Value Fund, LP sold its remaining 2,027,660 shares of Voyager Learning Co. between Feb. 23 and April 23 for a total of $3.18 million, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor no longer has an ownership interest in the Dallas-based company.

Voyager publishes various solutions for the educational market in the United States.
