Guatemala's Banco Industrial sets talk at low-6% area for $300 million notes due 2022

Atlanta, Oct. 25 - Guatemala's Banco Industrial SA gave price guidance in the low-6% area for its planned issue of $300 million notes due in 2022 (Baa3//BB), a market source said.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which was marketed on a roadshow that wrapped up on Thursday.

Banco Industrial is a lender based in Guatemala City.
