Guatemala's Banco Industrial to price 10-year notes July 18 week

Atlanta, July 19 - Guatemala's Banco Industrial SA plans to issue 10-year notes (expected ratings: Ba2//BB-) during the July 18 week, a market source said Tuesday.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

Proceeds will be used to repay subordinated debt, to strengthen the regulatory capital base and for general corporate purposes.

Banco Industrial is a lender based in Guatemala City.
