Brazil's Bic Banco sets guidance for minimum $50 million three-year bonds at 8% to 8¼%

New York, July 15 - Banco Industrial e Comercia (BicBanco) set price guidance for a minimum $50 million offering of three-year bonds (B1) at 8% to 8¼%, according to a market source.

The roadshow is scheduled to wrap up Friday in London.

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein is the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction.

The issuer, based in Sao Paolo, is a regional bank.

It will sell the issue under its euro medium-term note program.
