New Issue: Argentina's Banco Hipotecario prices upsized $250 million 10-year notes to yield 9 7/8%

New York, April 19 - Banco Hipotecario SA priced an upsized $250 million of 10-year 9¾% senior notes (/B/) at 99.217 to yield 9 7/8% Wednesday.

The deal was increased from $200 million but came at the wide end of the 9¾% to 9 7/8% talk.

Deutsche Bank and Citigroup are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Banco Hipotecario is the country's largest mortgage lender.
