Argentina's Banco Hipotecario to tap 9¾% notes due 2010 via Deutsche Bank

St. Louis, Jan. 11 - Argentina's Banco Hipotecario is planning a tap of up to $50 million of its issue of 9¾% senior secured notes due Nov. 16, 2010 (existing B-), according to sources.

The size and timing of the offering remains to be determined.

Deutsche Bank Securities has the books for the Regulation S offering.

The original $150 million issue priced 99.035 on Nov. 9, 2005.

The issuer is a financial institution and commercial bank with headquarters in Buenos Aires.
