Cyrte ownership of Vivo Participacoes drops to 5.06%

Des Moines, Oct. 9 - Investors led by Cyrte Investments BV decreased their ownership of Vivo Participacoes SA to 5.06% from 5.15%, according to schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors now own 46,363,813 shares of Vivo, down from 47,248,313 shares reported in a May 8 schedule 13D filing.

Vivo is a cellular telecommunications company based in Sao Paulo.
