New Issue: TD prices $480,000 of autocallable contingent interest barrier notes on four stocks

By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, March 24 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $480,000 of autocallable contingent interest barrier notes due Sept. 25, 2024 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Mastercard Inc., Visa, Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and PayPal Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Quarterly, the notes will pay a contingent interest payment at the rate of 8.1% per year if each stock closes at or above the coupon barrier price, 65% of the initial share price, on the observation date for that period.

The notes will be called at par plus any contingent interest payment if the shares of each stock close at or above their initial prices on any quarterly observation date.
