Three Virtus funds modify portfolio management teams

San Diego, Feb. 3 - Virtus Insight Trust announced that three of its funds have altered their portfolio management teams, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Virtus Balanced Allocation Fund has added Peter J. Arts and Daniela Mardarovici to the team, which also includes existing managers Thomas P. Lettenberger and Daniel L. Sido. Maureen R. Svagera and Carol H. Lyons are no longer portfolio managers for the fund.

The Virtus Short/Intermediate Bond Fund has added Arts as a portfolio manager. He joins Mardarovici, an existing manager of the fund. Lyons and Svagera are no longer portfolio managers for the fund.

The Virtus Tax-Exempt Bond Fund has dropped George W. Selby from the fund's portfolio management team. Michael Janik will continue to manage the fund.

The funds' investment adviser is Hartford-based Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc.
