New York, Oct. 1 - Banco Estado Chile sold $500 million of 4 1/8% 10-year notes late Thursday under Rule 144A at 170 basis points over Treasuries, a market source away from the sale said Friday.
The notes (Aa3/A+/) priced at 99.24 to yield 4.219%. They have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 25 bps.
Deutsche Bank Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
The financial services company is based in Santiago, Chile.
