Virtus updates portfolio management teams for several funds

San Diego, Feb. 22 - Virtus Insight Trust and Virtus Opportunities Trust announced changes to the portfolio management teams for several of its funds in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Jason C. Hans and Ernesto Ramos have been added to the Virtus Core Equity Fund and the Virtus Value Equity Fund portfolio management teams.

Andrew Reed and Jason D. Weiner are now portfolio managers of the Virtus Short/Intermediate Bond Fund.

John D. Boritzke and Duane A. McAllister are now portfolio managers of the Virtus Tax-Exempt Bond Fund.

Peter J. Arts and Daniela Mardarovici have been added to the portfolio management teams of the Virtus Balanced Allocation Fund.

Ernesto Ramos has been added to the portfolio management team of the Virtus Global Commodities Stock Fund.

Hartford-based Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc. is the funds' investment adviser.
