Virginia calls $52.91 million Hampton Roads Proton Beam Therapy bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 10 – The Virginia Small Business Financing Authority called $52,905,000 of its series 2009 revenue bonds issued for the Hampton Roads Proton Beam Therapy Institute at Hampton University, LLC, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on July 1:

• $3.4 million of 8% bonds due July 1, 2019 to be redeemed at 102;

• $535,000 of 8% bonds due July 1, 2019 to be redeemed at par; and

• $48.97 million of 9% bonds due July 1, 2039 to be redeemed at 102.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
