New Issue: Virginia Public School brings $141.84 million school financing bonds

New York, April 25 - The Virginia Public School Authority sold $141.84 million of series 2013A school financing bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa1/AA+/AA+) were sold competitively with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the winning bidder.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with 3% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to purchase series 2013A local school bonds.
