Virginia Public Building Authority to price $198.08 million bonds, notes in competitive sales

Springdale, Ark., April 15 - Virginia Public Building Authority intends to price $198.08 million of bonds and notes in competitive sales later this month, the issuer said Tuesday.

The authority plans to price $138.21 million school authority bonds in a competitive sale on April 22, said Evelyn Whitley, director of debt management for the state treasurer's office, which oversees the building authority.

The authority also expects to price $59.87 million five-year notes in a competitive sale on April 30, she said.
