By Paul A. Harris
St. Louis, Nov. 2 - Virgin Media Finance plc is expected to price a £500 million equivalent offering of 10-year senior unsecured notes in dollar- and sterling-denominated tranches (B2/B) on Wednesday, according to a market source.
Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Calyon Securities, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JPMorgan, RBS Securities and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.
The notes will come with five years of call protection.
Proceeds will be used to call the New York City-based telecommunications firm's 8¾% notes due 2014.
