Brazil's Banco Banespa sets talk for $50 million three-year bonds at 5%-5¼%

New York, June 28 - Banco Do Estado de Sao Paulo SA (Banespa) set price talk for a $50 million offering of three-year bonds at 5% to 5¼%, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas is managing the Regulation S transaction through the issuer's Cayman Island branch.

Santander Group owns 98% of Banco Banespa (issuer ratings: /BB-/BB-).
